No matter what life throws at you, always remember to give that special someone a kiss or a hug. Even if you're not getting along. You're still in the situation together. The tiniest show of love will bring a smile to your face.

Hope everyone had a great Christmas. Mine was alright. Mike's grandmother apparently doesn't like to have guests over during holidays. So she was trying to make Mike choose between them or me on Christmas Eve. Not the greatest thing to happen. We both ended up going down to visit for a bit. I fell asleep anyway due to working earlier that day.

Then for Christmas dinner we went over to my family's house and then headed to some neighbors for dinner. Everything went well over there despite my stepmother getting the great idea of drinking too much wine. It was when we got back to the house that things got outta hand. My stepmother went after my brother over something stupid and he wasn't going to put up with it. So my stepmother lost her temper and my dad stepped in. This was when Mike and I decided to leave because I was completely embarrassed. I never wanted Mike to have to see the internal family problems of mine. So much for that plan...

Mike and I found a place up here where I live. We thought he might have enough money but unfortanetly we don't. One of Mike's references was called and was telling the landlord that Mike's a decent guy who won't screw someone over. So the landlord rethought it and called Mike again to let us know he's willing to work on the price. We're still not sure financially so time will have to tell.

And my mood is tired not love. The mood thing won't load for some reason. Idk.

So hyper right now. Have no idea why.

All I know is that I'm just super happy. Happiest I've been since I moved out of my parents. Applied for financial aid, now is just the waiting. Which is killin me! I should know by tomorrow or Sunday hopefully.

Then I could fix my car, pay for classes, and start savin more for a place for me and Mike.

He's the best thing that's happened to me in a while. I can't tell him I love him enough.
Every time I say it I have to say it again. It just doesn't feel like enough. That it should be said one more time. He thinks its cute of course.

So Halloween was fun. Didn't get as messed up as I thought. Mike was more trashed than I was so I had to babysit him. That's okay. I can't think of anyone I'd ever watch over more than him so he wouldn't make a fool of himself. And I finally got a picture of us together. Yay!!!!

Fixed dinner for myself and roommates tonight. Felt good cookin again. Made Hamburger Helper Crunchy Taco and some pasta. AJ fixed rootbeer floats after that while we all watched The Forbidden Kingdom. It seemed better the second time around than the first.

Hours have dropped at work, but I'm keepin my head up. Got more money now. Not a lot but every bit helps. Once my car is fixed I'll have more. Well sorta. More money will be able to go toward school.

Just sayin it now in case I can't get on here again before Halloween. I plan on making a Halloween picture just gotta find time.

Got my costume today. Sweetness!. I'm going to be a sea fairy. Got my makeup and boots for the costume as well. The boots are kinda small but they'll work. Got two costume parties to go to on Saturday after work. I actually get off at a decent time. Mike's comin up for both parties as well. I'ma need him there for the second party. Plan on gettin trashed.

Got drunk big time the other night. I think I'll be stayin away from Jim Bean whiskey for a while. I want to try it with Sunny D tho. We had pepsi to mix with. And Malayna made margaritas. They weren't that great. I think she shoulda used sugar instead of sea salt.

It feels really good to be back on dA again. Even if its not as much as I'd like it to be.
